What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: Cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
Deposit Policy: A deposit of 1 (one) night on a major credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
How much does parking cost? Will I be able to find a place to park at your hotel?
The parking rates for our hotels are as follows:
- Aqua Aloha Surf & Spa: $18/daily
- Aqua Bamboo & Spa: $18/daily
- Best Western Coconut Waikiki Hotel: $22/daily (valet)
- Aqua Continental: $18/daily
- Aqua Island Colony: $18/daily
- Aqua Waikiki Marina: $18/daily
- Aqua Palms & Spa: $18/daily
- Aqua Waikiki Wave: $20/daily (Please note: Oversized Vehicles will not fit in the hotel parking garage. If you have what you believe may be an oversized vehicle please call the hotel and confirm if the vehicle will fit in the garage.)
- Park Shore Waikiki: $20/daily (valet)
- The Equus: $18/daily
Like all hotels in the Waikiki area, we have limited parking. Although we are able to meet the parking needs of the majority of our guests, if we are unable to accommodate you in our own parking structure, we will assist you in finding parking nearby.
Do you offer a shuttle from the airport?
We do not have an airport shuttle service. For transportation we suggest renting a car or taking a taxi. Taxi rates are approximately $30 each way.
I heard you can't smoke anywhere in Hawaii. Is this true?
Hawaii's new smoking law went into effect on November 16, 2006. The law prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed places of employment and public areas. Smoking areas must be at least 20 feet away from doorways, windows, and ventilation areas. More information about the law can be found here http://www.hawaiismokefree.com/
Up to 20% of a hotel's rooms may be designated for smoking. Smoking policies at each of our hotels are as follows:

All our Boutique and Elite hotels (Aqua Aloha Surf & Spa, Aqua Bamboo & Spa, Aqua Palms & Spa, Aqua Waikiki Wave, and Hotel Renew) offer beach towels at the front desk for your convenience.
