Cancellation Policy: Waikiki: Cancel 24 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
Maui/Kauai/Molokai: Cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
Deposit Policy: A deposit of 1 (one) night on a major credit card is required to guarantee reservations.

How much does parking cost? Will I be able to find a place to park at your hotel?
The parking rates for our hotels are as follows:
Waikiki Beach
- Aqua Aloha Surf & Spa: $20/daily
- Aqua Bamboo & Spa: $20/daily
- Aqua Palms & Spa: $20/daily
- Aqua Waikiki Beachside: $22/daily (valet, off-site)
- Aqua Waikiki Pearl: $22/daily (limited on-site parking available on a first come, first served basis)
- Aqua Waikiki Wave: $22/daily (Please note: Oversized Vehicles will not fit in the hotel parking garage. If you have what you believe may be an oversized vehicle please call the hotel and confirm if the vehicle will fit in the garage.)
- Best Western Coconut Waikiki Hotel: $22/daily (valet)
- Continental Surf: $18/daily
- Ilikai Hotel & Suites: $18 daily (valet)
- Island Colony: $18/daily
- Maile Sky Court: $18/daily
- Park Shore Waikiki: $20/daily (valet)
- Waikiki Marina: $18/daily
- The Equus: $18/daily
Maui, Kauai, and Molokai
- Hotel Wailea Maui: Valet or self parking; included with $20 daily resort fee
- Kauai Beach Resort: $12.95/daily; valet or self parking
- Aqua Hotel Molokai: Free self parking
Like all hotels in the Waikiki area, we have limited parking. Although we are able to meet the parking needs of the majority of our guests, if we are unable to accommodate you in our own parking structure, we will assist you in finding parking nearby.

Do you offer a shuttle from the airport?We do not have an airport shuttle service to Waikiki. Aqua recommends Aloha V.I.P. Tours, a locally owned company that has been in business since 1981. For a special discounted rate on a lei greeting and airport transfer,

Kauai Beach Resort - Complimentary airport shuttle service is available for guests. Courtesy shuttle service phone is located outside of the Lihue airport baggage claims.

I heard you can't smoke anywhere in Hawaii. Is this true? Hawaii's new smoking law went into effect on November 16, 2006. The law prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed places of employment and public areas. Smoking areas must be at least 20 feet or 6 meters away from doorways, windows and ventilation areas. More information about the law can be found here: http://www.hawaiismokefree.com/
Up to 20% of a hotel's rooms may be designated for smoking. Smoking policies at each of our hotels are as follows:
