Cancellation Policy: Waikiki, Kauai & Molokai: Cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.
Maui: Cancel 7 days  prior to your arrival date to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax.

Deposit Policy: A deposit of 1 (one) night on a major credit card is required to guarantee reservations.   [Top]

How much does parking cost on Oahu? Will I be able to find a place to park at your hotel?
The parking rates for our hotels are as follows:

  • Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki: $20/daily
  • Aqua Bamboo Waikiki: $20/daily
  • Aqua Lotus Honolulu: $20/daily (valet)
  • Aqua Palms Waikiki: $20/daily
  • Aqua Waikiki Pearl: $20/daily (limited on-site parking available on a first come, first served basis)
  • Aqua Waikiki Wave: $22/daily (Please note: Oversized Vehicles will not fit in the hotel parking garage. If you have what you believe may be an oversized vehicle please call the hotel and confirm if the vehicle will fit in the garage.)
  • Best Western Coconut Waikiki Hotel: $24/daily (valet)
  • Ilikai Hotel & Suites: $25/daily (valet)
  • Island Colony: $25/daily
  • The Modern Honolulu: $28/daily (valet)
  • Maile Sky Court: $18/daily
  • Park Shore Waikiki: $20/daily (valet)
  • Pagoda Hotel: $9/daily
  • Queen Kapiolani: $15/daily
  • White Sands Hotel: $18/daily

Maui, Kauai, Lanai and Molokai

  • Hotel Wailea Maui: Valet or self parking; included with $25 daily resort fee
  • Kauai Beach Resort: $12.95/daily for self parking/$15.95 daily for valet
  • Aqua Hotel Molokai: Free self parking
  • Hotel Lanai: Free self parking

Like all hotels in the Waikiki area, we have limited parking. Although we are able to meet the parking needs of the majority of our guests, if we are unable to accommodate you in our own parking structure, we will assist you in finding parking nearby.  [Top]

I heard you can’t smoke anywhere in Hawaii. Is this true?
Hawaii’s new smoking law went into effect on November 16, 2006. The law prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed places of employment and public areas. Smoking areas must be at least 20 feet or 6 meters away from doorways, windows and ventilation areas. More information about the law can be found here: http://www.hawaiismokefree.com/Up to 20% of a hotel’s rooms may be designated for smoking. Smoking policies at each of our hotels are as follows:

All our Boutique hotels (Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki, Aqua Bamboo Waikiki, Aqua Lotus Honolulu, Aqua Palms Waikiki, Aqua Waikiki Wave and Best Western Coconut Waikiki Hotel) offer beach towels at the front desk for your convenience. Some properties now offer beach chairs as well!  [Top]
