What are Aqua’s Deposit & Cancellation Policies?

Lotus Honolulu, Park Shore Waikiki, Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki, Aqua Palms Waikiki, Aqua Bamboo Waikiki, Aqua Queen Kapiolani, Aqua Kauai Beach Resort, Aqua Ilikai Hotel & Suites, Aqua Waikiki Wave, Aqua Waikiki Pearl, Aqua Waikiki Joy, Aqua Hotel Molokai, Aqua Hotel Lanai:

Deposit Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit of one night’s room and tax due at the time of booking. Two nights’ room and tax is required for travel during the Holiday season from December 24- January 1. Deposit policies for specials and promotional offers may vary. Please refer to the specific offer for details.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date to avoid penalty of one night room and tax. For arrivals during the Holiday season from December 24 to January 1, please cancel 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid penalty of one night room and tax. Cancellation policies for specials and promotional offers may vary. Please refer to the specific offer for details.

Hotel Wailea Maui and Hawaii Volcano House:

Deposit Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit of one night’s room and tax due at the time of booking. A deposit of two nights’ room and tax is required for travel during the Holiday season from December 20 through January 4. Deposit policies for specials and promotional offers may vary. Please refer to the specific offer for details.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid penalty of one night room and tax. For arrivals during the Holiday season from December 20 – January 4, cancel 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of two night’s room and tax. Cancellation policies for specials and promotional offers may vary. Please refer to the specific offer for details.

Hawaii Island	Volcano House & Cabins	Volcano House & Cabins: Free parking. Access to the park is $10 per non-commercial vehicle or $5 per individual travelling on foot, bicycle or motorcycle. Entrance is valid for 7 days.

Like all hotels in the Waikiki area, we have limited parking. Although we are able to meet the parking needs of the majority of our guests, if we are unable to accommodate you in our own parking structure, we will assist you in finding parking nearby.

Does Aqua have any Smoke-Free properties? What is the law regarding smoking in Hawaii?
Hawaii’s smoking law went into effect on November 16, 2006. The law prohibits smoking in all enclosed or partially enclosed places of employment and public areas. Smoking areas must be at least 20 feet or 6 meters away from doorways, windows and ventilation areas. Up to 20% of a hotel’s rooms may be designated for smoking. Aqua Hotels are completely smoke-free and do not allow smoking in rooms or on balconies.

Do you provide beach towels?
Aqua Aloha Surf Waikiki, Aqua Bamboo Waikiki, Lotus Honolulu, Aqua Palms Waikiki, and Aqua Ilikai Hotel & Suites offer beach towels at the front desk for your convenience. Some properties now offer beach chairs as well!

What is Aqua’s Pet Policy?
Aqua currently has eight pet-friendly properties. Most properties have a pet fee that includes puppy pads and treats for your furry friend. Pet policies vary by each property. We recommend visiting our pet policy by property.
