kayak hawaii
Kayaking Kauai is home to the Wailua River, the only navigable river in the Hawaiian Islands. Kayaking up the river will grant you access to the remote but beautiful natural amphitheatre called Fern Grotto. In addition to river kayaking are plenty of opportunities to enjoy a kayak ride on the shoreline of many of Kauai’s beautiful beaches.
Wailua Riverboat
Wailua River Riverboat The Wailua River can be toured by riding on an old-fashioned flat riverboat, or by kayak. The tranquil river weaves through gorgeous waterfalls and lush, jungle landscapes along the island’s East Side.
Catamaran hawaii
Catamaran Sailing Translated as “the cliffs,” Na Pali is a fifteen-mile stretch of rugged coastline on the northwest shore of Kauai. Much of the coast cannot be accessed because of its steep cliffs that drop straight down thousands of feet into the ocean below. One of the most popular ways to experience Na Pali is to take a sailing catamaran boat tour. Highlights of the tour include viewing the incredible sea cliffs, amazing waterfalls, and ancient lava tubes.
