Check out our Long Term Stay programs. Rates from $1,600 per month include weekly housekeeping services.

Parking: $10 per day or $120 per month based on check-in/check-out dates.

Parking: $10 per day per car or $120 per month based on a 30 day rental. Monthly rates will not be refunded for any unused portion.

Rates:     All rates are inclusive of taxes (13.96% tax) and subject to space availability. A room deposit of $500 is due at time of reservation and is refundable (back to credit card used for deposit) upon check out dependent on condition of room and outstanding incidental charges. CASH deposit refunds usually takes up to 7-10 working days to process a refund check.

Damages: Will be charged as deemed necessary. Deposit is not to be used toward outstanding room charges. Full prepayment of room is due prior to or upon check in. We accept cash, all major credit cards and money orders only.
Housekeeping:   A weekly maid servicing will be performed once a week on a designated day. Housekeeping includes changing of linens, towel replacements, vacuuming, empting of trash and bathroom cleaning. Dishes are the responsibility of the guest.

Amenities:  Coin laundry room; ice machine, vending machines. Check in/out at Hotel front desk.

NOTE: Rates are based on a minimum 30 days rental; no maximum, based on availability. Rate expires on December 22, 2012.

Parking: $18.00 per day or $175 per month based upon check-in/check-out dates.

Limited Services:  Housekeeping will vacuum and clean bathroom on Wednesdays only.  Washing of sheets & towels and personal amenities are the responsibility of the guest(s). $105.00 additional fee for full housekeeping servicing ) 4 x a month, every Wednesday.

Coin operated laundry room available. Use of all hotel amenities available to guests.  Check in/out at hotel front desk.
