Parking: $10 per day or $120 per month based on check-in/check-out dates.

Limited Services:  Housekeeping will vacuum and clean bathroom on Wednesdays only.  Washing of sheets & towels and personal amenities are the responsibility of the guest(s). $105.00 additional fee for full housekeeping servicing ) 4 x a month, every Wednesday.

Coin operated laundry room available. Use of all hotel amenities available to guests.  Check in/out at hotel front desk.

Room deposit: $500 is due at time of reservations & is refunded (back to credit card used for deposit) upon check-out dependent upon condition of room and outstanding incidental charges.  Damages will be charged as deemed necessary. Deposit is not applicable to be used toward room charges.  Full payment of room is due upon check in, or prior.  We accept cash, credit cards and money orders only.   Note: 30 day minimum stay, no maximum.  Additional daily rate available.  CASH room deposits will take up to 7-10 working days to issue a refund check from our accounting office.

CASH deposit refunds usually takes up to 7-10 working days to process a refund check.

Damages: Will be charged as deemed necessary. Deposit is not to be used toward outstanding room charges. Full prepayment of room is due prior to or upon check in. We accept cash, all major credit cards and money orders only.
Housekeeping:   A weekly maid servicing will be performed once a week on a designated day. Housekeeping includes changing of linens, towel replacements, vacuuming, empting of trash and bathroom cleaning. Dishes are the responsibility of the guest.
