Hotel Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome at Aqua Waikiki Pearl, Aqua Waikiki Wave and the Pagoda Hotel. To keep human and pet guests happy, guests with pets are required to adhere to our Pet Policy.

• 1-2 dogs per room/ max 40 pounds/18 kilograms per dog
• Please notify us at time of booking that you are bringing along a pet, • In public areas, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier,

• Pets must be supervised at all times,

• Owners must clean up after their pets,

• The hotel reserves the right to decline servicing a room with an unsupervised pet; such service can be requested while you are present,

• Should your pet inadvertently cause any damage, you will be charged for cleaning or repairs,

• Pets are not permitted in any of the food and beverage areas, the pool area or the fitness rooms,

• Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet. Pet owner agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand,

• Pet owners agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend Aqua Hotels and Resorts®, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the pet.
