For receptions of 100-150 persons

  • A safe deposit box will be assigned upon check-in, upon request
  • Champagne for the Bride & Groom’s Head Table.
  • Table cards for guest listing
  • Two parking stalls are reserved for you in the Kanunu Street parking lot

For Receptions of 150 – 400 persons

  • A complimentary guest room in the hotel on the night of your reception, check-in is anytime after 3:00pm – should you wish to check-in before 3:00 p.m., please contact the Front Desk
  • Use of the waterfall area for picture taking
  • A Guest Book

The Pagoda Hotel features nearly 12,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.  Immerse your guests in authentic hospitality and Hawaiian charm. Our knowledgeable staff will assist in planning your meeting and hosting your celebration or special event, everything from seating arrangements to menu planning; the Pagoda Hotel is the ideal venue for any special event.
We feature two large function spaces that can be divided into smaller break-out rooms. From an intimate gathering of 40 to an extravagant party of 800, each space is fully carpeted and air-conditioned, with audio visual equipment and high-speed internet access available upon request.

Set amidst lush Japanese gardens the Pagoda Floating Restaurant and teahouses has long been a Honolulu favorite for locals and  visitors alike. The sights and sounds of the cascading waterfalls, and the colorful nishiki koi as they glide through the shimmering ponds provide a sense of harmony and wellness. Our award winning buffets feature an indulgence of Eastern, Western and Hawaiian cuisine- like fresh island sashimi and sushi, tender prime rib and snow crab legs.
